Mediband Shipping Information
Most of our orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post, Fedex, or TNT Express. On some occasions for urgent orders, we will ship directly from our production facility in China via Fedex or DHL. The only exception is orders purchased from the Mediband Singapore Website goods are shipped from Singapore via Singapore Post.
Shipping and handling will vary depending on the quantity and weight of silicone products in your order. Mediband does not cover duties and customs for international orders.
It's easy to get an online quote for your order Mediband - estimated shipping costs are displayed on the shopping cart page and final shipping costs are presented to you upon checkout before your order is confirmed.
Depending on your delivery destination, Mediband will offer you one or more of the following shipping options:
Mediband® Standard
Standard Shipping is available for domestic Australian orders made on the Australian Website. It is also available for domestic Singapore orders when ordering from the Singapore Website.
Standard Shipping orders will arrive in 10-14 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that payment verification occurs the same day the order was placed. If payment verification is delayed, your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
Mediband® Express
Express Shipping is available for domestic Australian orders made on the Australian Website. It is also available for domestic Singapore orders when ordering from the Singapore Website.
Express Shipping orders will arrive in 7-10 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that payment verification occurs the same day the order was placed. If payment verification is delayed, your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
Mediband® International
International Shipping is available for any order with a delivery address outside of Australia.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders (everything outside Australia) are shipped via Australia Post, Fedex or DHL.
Typical custom mediband production/shipping times are 12-17 business days after payment verification.
Typical in-stock mediband shipping times are 3-5 business days after payment verification.
Both international and New Zealand shipping times do not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. Mediband is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.
Orders that ship internationally will usually incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, and other fees associated with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an additional 20%-30% added to your order. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges m
ight be before placing an international order. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by Fedex or DHL. All shipping charges on our Website include only the cost of shipping the order. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by Fedex, DHL or other customs officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Website and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Orders with international deliveries will ship the next business day following your order, subject to payment verification.
Delivery Costs
The delivery cost for your Mediband order is calculated on weight. Depending on your order, the delivery cost will vary, based on the weight and quantity of Medibands ordered. The cost of shipping will be estimated and displayed when viewing your shopping cart. The final cost will be displayed to you during checkout before you confirm your order.
On-time Shipping Guarantee
If you select express shipping Mediband guarantees that your order will arrive at your shipping address in 10 business days or less. If your order does not arrive on time, your shipping is free.
- Orders with delivery addresses outside of Australia are not eligible for the on-time shipping guarantee;
- The free shipping guarantee only applies to Mediband® Express. It does not apply to the Mediband® Standard, Mediband® Priority or Mediband® International shipping options;
- Eligibility for the free shipping guarantee will not apply if your delivery address is a PO or DX box. TNT is unable to deliver to these address types;
- It is assumed that the customer has given the correct delivery address to Mediband and is available to receive the wristbands when TNT attempts delivery. Mediband will not reimburse shipping costs should 10 business days delivery be exceeded, if the customer is not available when TNT attempts delivery;
- The shipping guarantee assumes that payment is verified the same day the order is placed. If payment is not verified the same day, then the shipping guarantee starts from the day payment verification is received.
Returns
If you are not happy with the quality of your wristbands, they must be returned to Mediband prior to claiming your money back guarantee. Any shipping costs incurred are your responsibility, and not that of Mediband.

Shipping and Handling Policy
We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and do not ship these days.
Once payment for your order has been verified and/or cleared, your order will begin processing. Typically most orders arrive 7-10 business days after payment verification/clearance depending on the chosen shipping method but this will depend on the shipping option chosen. For orders over 10,000 an additional 7 business days processing time is required.
There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within this time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. A reason for delay may include waiting for a cheque payment to clear for example.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your chosen shipping option. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Depending on the delivery address and customer's order location, we offer one or more of Mediband® Standard, Mediband® Express, Mediband Priority® and Mediband® International shipping options. Mediband® Standard should arrive in 14 business days. Mediband® Express should arrive in 7-10 business days. Mediband® International usually takes between 8-12 business days to arrive. Most orders do not require a signature. The exceptions are businesses, some apartment complexes or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door. If your order requires a signature, it is your responsibility to either be at the door or sign a release waiver for Australia Post, TNT, DHL, Fedex or Singapore Post to leave the package without a signature.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage, you must file a claim with Australia Post, TNT, DHL, Fedex or Singapore Post. Once the package leaves our warehouse all risk in the goods pass to you. We are not liable for any damage that may be occasioned by the package or goods once it leaves our warehouse. You must save your original packaging material when making a claim with Australia Post/TNT/Fedex/DHL/Singapore Post – if you do not, your claim may be refused. Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges.
Mediband In-Stock Products Shipping Information
Mediband In-Stock product orders will ship the next business day following your order, subject to payment verification and clearance. Most Mediband In-Stock product orders will arrive within 1-2 business days of your order and after payment verification. Victoria country, Queensland country, Adelaide metropolitan, South Australia country, Perth metropolitan and Hobart metropolitan orders will arrive within 3-4 business days after payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method. West Australia country, Tasmania country, Darwin metropolitan and Northern Territory country will arrive 5-6 business days after payment verification.
